Gorilla Powder Coating's continuous goal is to assist our customers in the total operation of each Powder Coating system and to provide appropriate training and follow-up to assure success of the enterprise.

Our training is on-site and is tailored to meet the specific requirements of your facility, your projects and your staff.

Your crews will get coached and educated in powder coating application, chemistry, storage, metal preparation and masking. The range of subjects includes industrial and custom applications, electrostatic application techniques, curing techniques, layering different chemistries, and troubleshooting.

This hands-on training involves working with our highly qualified sprayers, technicians, and administrative staff members.

Learn: Pretreatment and Substrates, Powder Materials, Powder Application, Powder Booths, Reclaim & Spray-to-Waste, Testing and Quality Control, Process Control, OSHA Regulations and Environmental Concerns.
