Susan Lange
Has 20 years experience as a manager in finance and customer service for the health care and banking industries. Susan Joined Gorilla in 1999 when she brought a sound direction to the personal and financial operations of the company. Susan is also instrumental in co-developing our quality control systems to meet the ridgid requirements of Dell and Compaq computer case finishes. Susan also took part as a valued member of the Architectural coatings development team, which was responsible for Gorilla GPC meeting the AAMA 2603, 2604 and 2605 adhesion specification.
John Leja
As a high ranking executive for Clark Oil, with more than 25 years experience, John was responsible for starting the resin division at Clark Oil and refining. Working mostly in phenolic, epoxy, BMI & melamine resins. John was instrumental in a measurable number of plastic based advancements, including aerospace & commercial air craft composites, automotive brake bindings, military armament composites, laminated decorative surfaces, molding compounds for the service industry and light weight high performance composite honeycomb structures.
Greg Leja
Greg’s process engineering background enebled him to design high speed paper and fiber glass treating oven systems. Soon after he designed prepreg and curing systems for structural honeycombs and composite panel structures. When the industry needed a response to Sioux City Iowa crash, he was a co-developer of the new non burning cargo liners for commercial aircraft. In the early 1990’s Greg began investigating the newest addition to the resin market - Powder Coating.
Elizabeth “Betsy” Travaglini
Betsy has enjoyed an un-paralleled 25 years in commercial and industrial employment markets. She was successful in developing new markets and territories for poorly serviced and up and coming industries. Her talents for customer service and market development are a welcome addition to Gorilla Powder Coating.
