Gorilla Powder Coating designed its facility to maximize the best possible production process throughput without compromising quality. Our mission is to provide the best possible finishes for the most demanding of requirements.
Gorilla Powder Coatings' state of the art equipment has been designed around top powder coating performance. This means that we have matched all of our equipment to work together in harmony. That translates into a fully cross-linked and cured part. We are able to utilize long cure schedule without impeding production throughput. Our crew provides the best possible job dedication in their departments. We do not bounce crewmembers around; this allows then to reach their best possible performance level. They take pride in knowing that each one has an impact on the final product that comes out the doors of Gorilla Powder Coating.
Gorilla Powder Coating plant has 300' of conveyor, 4-stage stainless steel wash system, 30' dry off tunnel, 40' cooling or stabilizing zone, adjustable booth and 3 process ovens. Two of the ovens are at least 16' long; the 3rd is 26' long. All three are between 8' to 9' tall and between 5' to 8.5' wide. (Our small part processing exceeds 20,000 pieces per day.)
Our laboratory is equipped with two 27 cubic-feet ovens, powder booth and gun. Our part weight is up to 5,000 pounds. |
